Sandra Tobler is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in the IT industry, having worked at IBM for the foreign state secretariat in San Francisco and subsequently co-founded Futurae, a Zurich-based Cybersecurity company focusing on customer authentication, transaction confirmation, and fraud prevention. Sandra is the Technical Advisory Board of the private bank Maerki Baumann, in the board of Schweizerische Südostbahn as well as in the Steering Committee of the National Cybersecurity Strategy. She is also supporting numerous initiatives aimed at promoting local startups and fostering innovation in European cybersecurity.

Lucas Bruggeman has served as Chief Executive Officer of BX Swiss AG since 1 February 2020 and as Chair of the Board of Directors of BX Digital. Previously, he was an investor and partner at fintech company Sentifi AG, where he was responsible for alternative data. He began his career at ABN Amro Bank in 1995 and later became Managing Director for Trading and Structured Products. From 2011 to 2013, he served on the Executive Board of Liechtensteinische Landesbank in Switzerland. He also co-founded the Swiss Structured Products Association.

Déborah Carlson-Burkart has spent her career in companies undergoing fast transition or navigating rough waters — in technology, industry and finance. Today she brings that experience to national and international boards, where she chairs a Nomination Committee and serves on audit committees, offering extensive expertise in corporate governance, legal risk management, compliance and AI governance. She has practiced as an independent lawyer since 2015 and is also Of Counsel at Eversheds Sutherland in Switzerland. Her perspective is grounded in 15 years of executive experience: she headed the legal departments of listed multinational companies in the financial, technology and engineering sectors, in both the USA and Switzerland, and served on their management boards. Since 2021, she has been a guest lecturer in corporate governance and compliance in the EMBA program at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), and Faculty Chair in Risk and Compliance at the Swiss Board School (VR-CAS program). Déborah is a qualified attorney-at-law (University of Zurich), holds an LL.M. from Duke University, is certified as a board member (INSEAD) and is fluent in four languages.

Pascal Nägeli is Partner & Co-Founder of i.AM Innovation Lab, a Zurich-based innovation studio that combines deep asset-management expertise with cutting-edge technology, from AI and digital infrastructure to blockchain and digital-asset delivery. His team builds AI applications that take over real work in investment firms, such as knowledge bases for RFP responses and AI-generated market commentary, and he has advised executive boards of asset and wealth managers on AI governance and platform decisions. He serves on the Innovation Advisory Board of SoundCapital and leads the Digital Assets Working Group of the Asset Management Association Switzerland (AMAS). Before co-founding i.AM Lab, Pascal was Chief Digital Officer at Credit Suisse Asset Management. His take on AI in finance: stop experimenting, start delivering.

Tobias is Head of Distribution Switzerland at BNP Paribas Asset Management. He leads the firm's client coverage and distribution activities across Switzerland and Liechtenstein, serving all client segments with focus on liquid investment solutions across fixed income, equities and multi-asset strategies.With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Tobias has held leadership positions across distribution and client relationship management. Before joining BNP Paribas Asset Management (formerly AXA Investment Managers) in 2018, he held a range of client-facing and investment-related roles at UBS both in Asset Management and Wealth Management.Tobias holds a Bachelor of Science from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and is a CFA Charterholder.

Roland Weiß serves as Managing Director, Capital Markets Corporate Clients at DZ BANK AG. Following an apprenticeship at Siemens AG (1984), military service in the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr, 1986), and academic studies in Economics at Justus Liebig University Giessen (1990), he joined the banking sector at a UniCredit predecessor in 1994. Since 1997, Roland has been with DZ BANK AG, specializing in corporate capital markets solutions, regarding interest rate-, currency- and liquidity managment.

Philip Buyskes is the founder and CEO of Frontclear, a development finance institution dedicated to building inclusive and stable financial markets. Philip has more than 20 years experience in development finance and financial market development, having worked as Vice President Structuring at The Currency Exchange Fund (TCX) from 2008 to 2015 and as Investment Officer in the Africa division of the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) from 2003 to 2007.  Prior to DBSA, Philip worked at the European Institute of Public Administration in Maastricht, The Netherlands. He holds a Master’s in International Business from Maastricht University and is FRM certified.
